1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RACK ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RACK. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

Routines, workouts, and other content you submit remain yours. By posting content publicly in the community library, you grant RACK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

RACK is a workout logging and sharing tool, not a medical service. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You use exercises and routines at your own risk. RACK is not liable for injuries or health outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to breach security; or use the App to harass others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
